Here are some get in the mood foods and why they benefit your health!


While we all know that oysters are and aphrodisiac food, do you know why? They are high in Zinc which increases testosterone and dopamine (sex enhancers)


Did you know that these foods also aid in getting you in the mood before the big night?


Chocolate - well, duh!



But cacao, used to make chocolate contains mood boosting amino acids. Dark chocolate is rich in flavonoids - good for your heart and circulation.

A glass or two before hitting the bed can significantly improve your sexual performance. A study showed that it can increase the production of male sex hormones testosterone. Interestingly, it is also one of the foods that increase women’s libido, too.
